This forum is dedicated to chronicling reports of those precious moments of openness and sudden realization that are the doorway to new levels of playing.
Practitioners of "Beginner's Mind", a vital component of correct practice have these moments frequently. They are often accompanied by a feeling of "wow, what an idiot I am, that is so obvious", and so we affectionately call them "idiot moments". To be able to have them means you are wise indeed.
