"Patience has become somewhat of a lost art, and those who fail to find it are doomed to wander the path of mediocrity their whole lives." - Jim Wendler.

Something that I personally have been thinking on for the past few years is the idea of INFINITE patience. I've found that to be the fastest way to progress.

Yes. If Infinite patience is free of result, when you are attached to no result, you free yourself from attachment, therefore you practised endless hours...

This is a key concept in boudhism : attachment.. attachment is suffering. And one of the main suffering in the human being.
