I like your style. Are you in Las Vegas, you appear to be from Australia. lol Enough of that. You are really doing well on the R& B course. Your bends are great and fingering well done. I agree with Jamie. Are those EMG's on that guitar. I can't wait for you to plug it in!

Right on, Shirl. Thanks for the compliment and the comments.

I've been around Asia quite a bit and met a lot of Aussies there, but never been to Australia. I'm in Las Vegas, NV, but originally from The Twin Cities, MN.

You're right! It's about time I plugged that guitar in! And so I did. I did the lesson over again with amp and electronic embellishments, deceptions and trickery. But I don't rely too much on toys -- playing guitar is a whole being experience!!!!!!! Here ya go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYilfKr2 ... e=youtu.be

I love my wah pedal! Always did love those things. It was Hendrix who got me hooked on the wah. Can't live without one. I had this VOX wah tricked out by some electronics wizard so the flatter tones can go real deep. You can hear some of the notes almost vanish in the recording. Deep into the black void and all the way back again. Oh, yeah. It's as close to visiting outer space as I ever need to get.

Not EMG pickups on my guitar. Those pickups were made by a friend of mine who invented them. They are my favorite pickups. Very powerful and very crispy tones. I could get a lot more out of them if I had a bigger amp. I think I am going to invest in one soon.

Have a good one, Shirl! Keep on rockin'!!!!!!!!

Great show there Ted! Me and Geraldine just had a lot of fun watching your spirited performance. You are a good example of the natural musician, in terms of talent and attitude! I look forward to more shows!
Best,
Jamie
