"In the Evening by the Moonlight" for Review

Postby RocknRollFun » Sun Aug 05, 2012 6:17 pm

I'm going to jump right in by posting a video demonstrating where I am at in my guitar lessons this week: Mel Bay Grade 1, "In the Evening by the Moonlight". I've been practicing according to Jamie's "Mel Bay Vol 1: Note by Note" Online Course. This is my first video upload; critiques that won't make me cry are welcome from all ;)

Hi Kara, I thought I reviewed this post, but I guess not. I'm not sure why you want to delete it, but before I do, I want to tell you it is very good. Your form and action is great in both hands. You have a lot of talent for guitar, so keep going!
Best,
Jamie

Thanks Jamie! :)That encouragement coming from you means a lot to me.
I just didn't want to take up space here in the forum with a video that wasn't relevant [I have' newbie poster' fears ha] but if it doesn't detract from anything we can keep it up and I won't delete the youtube video! I'm looking forward to making more videos.

Oh, I would definitely want to keep it here. Not many people post here from the Mel Bay course, and not many people do a post where I have nothing to correct!

We have plenty of room Kara, keep posting! :D
Best,
Jamie
