Half speed playback tape recorders

At Jamie's suggestion, I'm going to record my practice sessions and review them in half speed.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a tape recorder that will playback in half speed? It's obviously an old technology, so I'm wondering what hardware is out there. I would prefer not to use software, as there's a lot of mouse clicking that will interrupt my practice concentration.

I'm using Mobile Recorder by Sonzea on my iphone. Works quite well - no messing around to hear what you just recorded, at half speed.
