As you can see on our new home page

all your posts now show up there. And if you had a picture in your profile it would show up too...........which would look nice rather than that ghostly nondescript mug shot looking thing that takes its place!

is it a BMP?... Convert it to a lower resolution BPM or JPG or PNG format - that ought to do it.
