Hi Jamie
HAPPY NEW YEAR.
This is some of the practicing I've been doing since our last session. Opps - I should have posted a couple of these much earlier  sorry about bunching them altogether now. I guess my I resolution to not procrastinate to be little more resolute   Anyway here they go:

1) fine

2)looking good

3)right on!

4)ditto!

5) finger action is great. Check the sitting...you look like you are leaning to the left, and holding tension in the body because of it.

Overall, you are doing great with this material Alex. Your notes are strong and you are connecting properly with the guitar.
You will be a very good fingerstyle player if you continue this!
Best,
Jamie

Thanks Jamie,
That's great news. What an encouraging way to start the year :D Yes, it does seem that I am leaning when I add the left hand. I work more consciously on that. Thanks.

Nice work Alex! I've had some family issues but am starting to get back into my practicing and playing. I have been watching your video's on classical. One day, I hope. Shane

Thanks for the encouragement Shane. I am amazed that there has even been this much growth. A year ago I would not have thought that I do any of those exercises and two years ago I wouldn't have even tried. Jamie's instructions are truely the "real deal"
