Golf and Guitar

Postby LASousa » Wed Sep 30, 2009 10:09 pm

Hi, I thought I would post this somewhat off topic thought here. I have been working hard on my golf game this year. I have broken 90 only 2 or 3 times in 25 years of playing golf. But this year I have put the work in, concentrated on my game and the mechanics of my swing. Honestly, I have applied the Guitar Principles to my game of golf. Relaxation, release of tension, and PRACTICE. It is paying off. I shot a 76 on Monday and tonight I shot an 84. Incredible. It is a lesson for me that this whole concept works and I am resolved to dedicate myself in the same way to guitar. Lou.

Yes, well we have been hearing these types of stories since we started 10 years ago.............golf, tennis, bowling.......I think that is why we call them "Principles"!

Anyway, we are always very gratified to hear about it!
Best,
Jamie
