Please can you comment on my progress for this video. (Ladder at 100-8th notes) Thanks!
I think there may be problems as it is not yet a comfortable speed for me. How do you relax at a fast speed?

Very good blue, your hands look great, everything is smooth and sounding smooth. Except for the audio being out of sync with the video!

Keep doing good practice, do not neglect no tempo and slow tempos, and you will continue to feel more comfortable. The way to relax at fast speeds is to practice relaxing at all the speeds leading up to it.

Thanks Jamie! Glad to hear it. Got my sound working but the out of sync seems to be a webcam problem.
