I just read halfway through this amazing book.

I can say that this is really "beyond' the BPA.

Since Jamie's work is always scientifically true, it is bound to be universal and it invariably will intersect with the methods all great players discover for themselves. I can attest to the fact that all these strategies work since I have actually come by them in my early days and still use them and I am not alone!

Now you just got luckier and you can have it in your home in Bombay, Brazil or British Columbia.

One of the strategies is the secret to precise rhythm and not loosing track of say a samba rhythm if you are not very familiar with Brazil. Brazilian, African and Central American rhythms are very precise and intricate.

Another one involving no tempo and full speed is very advanced and I use it every time I practice. I have mentioned briefly in the forums and now you can read about what it is in detail, how to apply it in detail and when to apply it.

This book is very concentrated but easy to read and like all of Jamie's work, there is no filler to make volume and waste your time and money. Jamie can make the complex processes easily manageable and understandable because she leaves no steps unexplained.
